KSI Realty New York Inc.’s Broker and President, Marc-Henri J. Kijner, was invited by Rand Luxury and Ferrari-Maserati of Long Island to a private party in the Hamptons, showcasing an $18.95 million Estate on Highland Terrace.

Marc was able to test drive the latest California T with over 583 BHP. According to Ferrari, the California T is the latest release from a distinguished line of California models tracing back to the 1957 California 250 GT. These fine automobiles have been renowned for elegance, sportiness, versatility and performance in the true Italian Spirit. The re-innovated T that Marc drove was worthy of any automobile aficionado. This unique drive would complement perfectly the automotive collection of a discerning client.

The party boasted exquisite grilled Wagyu steaks, fine spirits, cocktails and cigars with excellent music playing around the swimming pool area. Lounge chairs and outdoor furniture made it enjoyable to soak up the beautiful August sun. Several brands were presenting their handmade products such as exotic hand bags, fine timepieces, hi-definition TV's and audio systems, made-to-measure pool and billiard tables as well are rare Guitars.

Marc discussed with several friends and clients about the state of the Manhattan real estate market. He shared the current trend for hot markets such as the sub $3 million price range especially for 2 bedroom units. Hell's Kitchen and Midtown East remain the number two attractions for second homebuyers looking for a pied-à-terre or a rental property due to the availability of renovated walk-up listings which are less restrictive then Coops to sublet and more accessible than luxury condos favored by principal homeowners. The Upper East side is following very closely especially with the near completion of the 2nd line subway and many sub $700,000 studios and alcove units. Lastly, we are seeing excellent deals in the over $10 million market, where new developers are offering storage units, concession credits towards the closing and fit and finish upgrades as an incentive to boost sales. Feel free to contact us for more information about the state of the market in your area or your personal confidential consultation regarding your individual needs as a buyer, investor or seller.
