KSI REALTY NEW YORK INC. is pleased to share with you some environmental tips from our friends and management company JLL. One of the greatest challenges of the 21st Century is the protection of our wonderful environment. Simple habits can reduce significantly your carbon footprint and sharing this Green knowledge can save you money, extend your health and most importantly ensure that Mother Nature is preserved for the next generation to come.

Some very useful websites will enable you to become a true Green New Yorker such as the New York Environment Report which tackles topics from food, energy, housing, and waste management. One of our favorites is LEED or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, which has changed the way how buildings and communities are planned, constructed, maintained and operated.

KSI REALTY NEW YORK INC. is very proud to be located in a Prime A building which is LEED certified and managed by JLL which has a very strong commitment towards energy conservation and careful waste management. Every single one of our offices, conference rooms, printers and computers are equipped with motion sensors that shuts off automatically lights, A/C and put into sleeping mode each equipment to conserve energy. 90% of our transportation needs in New York City is operated via MTA and public transportation. The remainder is done by Hybrid vehicles as KSI REALTY NEW YORK INC. is committed to having a neutral carbon impact. LEED is the world most famous third party verification for green buildings with around 1.85 million square feet being certified daily and our New York office is proudly one of them. We carefully endeavor to have a positive and durable impact in our communities both locally and globally.
